I have downloaded all of my files and scanned it twice, both giving no positives for any malware. Could you kindly advise me on what to do?

You used up the entire 24 hour period to take care of this yourself so the infected files have already been removed. To prevent your account from being suspended again you can make sure your files are all clean before uploading them.
