[Solved] Problem With Parking Domain

Hi

I`m trying to park the domain "paradigmco.ir" to my account:

paradigmco.heliohost.org

but it says "Error from park wrapper: paradigmco.ir is owned by another user."

but i`m the owner of it ! and i set the DNS

and also i have another problem with addon domains

when i want to adding it says :

Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!
