[Solved] Addon Domains 0/0, Can't Add Domain!

Addon Domains shows 0/0 in stats, and when trying to add a domain I get the following error:

 

Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!

I asked in chat and they said my account needs fixing by an admin.

 

My username is infoharv, domain is infoharvester.com. I already set the dns to point to heliohost, please let me know if I need to do anything else

Try creating your addon domain now. Please let us know if you're still having problems adding domains.

Thank you, it now shows as 0/infinity Addon Domains in my stats column.

 

 

However when following the instructions I was given in the chat, I go to Cpanel -> Addon Domains, then try to add infoharvester.com, and it gives the error:

 

Error from park wrapper: You cannot park your main domain!

 

This seems to suggest that I don't need to 'add' the main domain, but when I access my site www.infoharvester.com it redirects to http://www.heliohost.org/home/.

 

What steps do I need to do in order to access my site from www.infoharvester.com?

Take a look at your A records. You've got two of them. The one that matches your shared IP address is the correct one which is 216.218.192.170. The other one 65.19.143.2 needs to be deleted.
