infoharv Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 Addon Domains shows 0/0 in stats, and when trying to add a domain I get the following error: Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!I asked in chat and they said my account needs fixing by an admin. My username is infoharv, domain is infoharvester.com. infoharv Posted November 22, 2012 Author Share Posted November 22, 2012 Thank you, it now shows as 0/infinity Addon Domains in my stats column. However when following the instructions I was given in the chat, I go to Cpanel -> Addon Domains, then try to add infoharvester.com, and it gives the error: Error from park wrapper: You cannot park your main domain! This seems to suggest that I don't need to 'add' the main domain, but when I access my site www.infoharvester.com it redirects to http://www.heliohost.org/home/.
