hello,thanks for your good hosting service.I am apply for a account with the server.

 

I can login in the Cpanel normally, but when I visited the

http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/status.php?username=tylrr123

 

The page said:

Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an "Account Queued" page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache.

 

 

My domain is seming.net, and it can't be visited too.

 

what is the problem?

It should take 24hours normally but can take up to 48 hours in some cases such as high server load.

 

If its been more than 48hours you will need to have an admin check things out.

Your account was created 7 hours ago. From the time of account creation it can take up to 24 hours before your domain begins to work.
