when i tried to login to my cpanel using https://cpanel.hrce.tk, https://hrce.tk/controlpanel through the link in my web site for my convenience i got a security alert form my chrome stating that the certificate is invalid can you help me in this regd.

Since you bought a dedicated IP cPanel is trying to automatically log you in using ssl when you visit that url. Since Heliohost signs our own certificates for ssl to reduce costs to provide you the best free hosting your browser is going to give an error warning you about it. You can either accept the self signed certificate, or you can just log in how we recommend through http://heliohost.org/
