Hi there,

I've been trying to reset my password as I forgot. but when I reset it I receive a code which I paste on the page to be resent to your server then it asks for confirmation then I paste it again (or type) it doesn't take me to the page where i can enter a new password. I can't access my account at all. Can you help me please. Cheers

Try logging into your account with your old password now once. If that doesn't work try resetting your password using the "reset password" button here http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ If neither of those options let us know and we can try resetting it manually.
