In fact all of the news posts have said that all the files are still intact -- that's why we're able to give out backups -- the only problem is the server is offline and users can't access their own files. As soon as the server is fixed you will have access to your files again.

Krydos Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 You've got two options:1. Change your Helionet email address and validate it to match te account your requesting a backup from.2. Wait for Johnny to come back online and create your own backup.
