I'd like to request my backup files because I have important files into johnny and I can't lost then, I must very much of this arquives, please send to me, account infomation above:

Your request cannot be processed because your Helionet forum account verified email does not match the email address that the account you are asking for was created with.

Nobody has said anything about losing any files. In fact all of the news posts have said that all the files are still intact -- that's why we're able to give out backups -- the only problem is the server is offline and users can't access their own files. As soon as the server is fixed you will have access to your files again.

You've got two options:

1. Change your Helionet email address and validate it to match te account your requesting a backup from.

2. Wait for Johnny to come back online and create your own backup.
