[Answered] Help Setup Ssl Please... What Have I Forgotten?

I bought a certificate (GeoTrust RapidSSL) for bretthadley.com

I bought a dedicated IP address (From you ofc)

I did all the installation. generated keys certificates etc.

I installed it onto my server (It confirms GeoTrust and on)

 

However, after all that, when I visit bretthadley.com ... it still doesnt have https

 

So what did I forget?

Compare https://bretthadley.com/ which has SSL enabled to https://krydos.tk/ which doesn't have SSL enabled. I think you might actually be asking how to force visitors who type in http://bretthadley.com/ to use https://bretthadley.com/ instead. If that is the case I would recommend using .htaccess to do this.

Thanks Krydos, that was very stupid of me I thought https replaced http and it just automatically redirected to that.
