I can manage without Johnny's extra features, but not with its continued down-time. I cannot delete my account from Johnny while it continues to be down, so please delete it for me, so that I can move it to Stevie. All my files are backed up, so there is no need to recover my data from Johnny.

Your request cannot be processed because your Helionet forum account verified email does not match the email address that the account you are asking for was created with.

Sorry, I did not realise I had used a different e-mail. I have now changed the HelioNet e-mail to that used to create the account on Johnny and validated it. I hope you can now process the deletion request.
