cyberc5 Posted October 12, 2012 Share Posted October 12, 2012 I recently canceled the account that was to be hosted on Johnny registered / transferred to Stevie, the record was done quietly, but then I received an email containing errors is below saying that the domain name was already in use. Good would like to register my account on the same field with Stevie who wore the johnny, however I can only record the morning 6hrs of Brazil and it is really hard for me. Will have to activate my account on stevie without me having to redo the record? Below is the error I received by email: Dear cybercc5,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for cyberc5.net already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again.
