[Solved] Request To Delete Username 'rasuna' Because It Cannot Be Done By Using Script

I kindly request the administrator to help me delete the account 'rasuna' as as it cannot be done through the script.

And also please clear the http.conf for the domain http://tra.web.id as I wish to use it at another webhost.

I'm not seeing any records for that username and if you want to use this domain name (tra.web.id) at another host, just point that domain to the new host.

I am planning if possible to move to another heliohost account as the "rasuna' account is strangely not working.

It's not working because it's been deleted. Go ahead and signup for a new account.

But I tried adding the domain and I receive an error message saying that the account has been added, modify the http.conf file.

You can't create a new account with the domain tra.web.id because that domain is already attached to an account. If that account belongs to you then you're only allowed one account per person and you should log into the account that you already have. If that account doesn't belong to you then we can't help you take that domain from the existing account until the existing account is deleted, and the existing account can only be deleted by it's owner.
