Following this post I started in response to the Johnny downtime blog: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13657-solved-move-from-johnny-to-stevie-request/I received an PM from a Support Member containing my files, which I successfully downloaded and confirmed my download. In my attempts to create an account on Stevie, I am first greeted by a welcome email informing me of my successful account creation on Stevie. Immediately after I received this email, I get an email stating: Dear nuds,Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for everettwalls.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff I have tried using the script at http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete but this returns with the error We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active.
