[Solved] Login Reset Request

Hi,

 

I was wondering if it is possible to have my account's password reset?

 

User: vstudios

Domain: vertexstudios.net

 

I tried to log in with the password that I gave at registration, but it would not work (Incorrect password).

I tried password reset too, but never got the email that it said that it would send.

My email doesn't have a junk folder either (Roundcube webmail), so I'm pretty sure it's not in there lol.

You account hasn't been created yet. Until your account is created you can check it's status in the creation queue by typing your username into this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status Obviously you won't be able to log in or reset the password of an account that hasn't even been created.
