cookiesui
A long time ago I registered cookiesui.heliohost.org. Then I deleted that account. Now when I try to re-register again, it says: Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Sorry, a DNS entry for cookiesui.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again. Regards,HelioHost Staff The account that's associated with cookiesui.heliohost.org has long since been deleted, so I assumed that that domain should be free? Every time I try to sign up, it gives me this error. Please help. Thanks!

cookiesui
It seems to have worked; I didn't get an error email! Thank you so much! EDIT: But I get this error when I visit cookiesui.heliohost.org: I assume Johnny is down?
Krydos
Yeah, it looks like you managed to get your new account created right before Johnny started having issues. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13575-more-johnny-issues/ and http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13561-internal-error-on-login-to-cpanel-webmail-johnny/
