few minutes ago，few a day ago，i have reinactiveed it，an then log into the hostmanager，and then it run ok，but now it‘s suspended。

Your account isn't suspended. It sounds like you're having the same issue as reported in this thread http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13561-internal-error-on-login-to-cpanel-webmail-johnny/ The admins are working on it.
