Hello.

 

My account was suspended recently, and I don't know why. I emptied my cache, tried visiting http://www.heliohost...ripts/renew.php to renew, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Also, I can't log in to cpanel, either. Is that normal for a suspended account?

 

If you could help me at least understand why I was suspended I would greatly appreciate it.

Your account shows as active in the database and your site works fine for me.

Please clear your cache.

It looks like maybe the renew script failed to unsuspend it properly. I manually unsuspended it for you. Remember to log into your account http://heliohost.org/ at least once every 30 days to prevent this from happening again.

Thanks again. I've been using FTP to upload files, and I guess that doesn't 'count' as a log-in. I didn't realize it had been thirty days, though.

No, FTP doesn't count as your cPanel login. We recommend visiting http://heliohost.org/ and logging in there at least once every 30 days to keep your account active.
