Tjoene Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 To change your domain you use this script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Just point the NS-records of your new domain to heliohost and use the script.After 24 hours the NS records should have changed and can use your new domain.

Ice IT Support Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 The domain change has already completed, however your nameservers must be set tons1.heliohost.orgns2.heliohost.org Once you have updated nameservers on your domain and have allowed 24 hours for changes to take effect, you will be set!

Krydos Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Any user can change their own domain by using http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain but since you've been unable to do so for over two weeks now I just went ahead and changed it for you.
