acx12345 Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 I had already registered my account with domain surajk.co.cc on johnny server. But then i decided to go for stevie one. So, i read about transferring the server. so i used your account delete script and the account is successfully deleted. But now when i try to register a new account it says me that domain is already used. As a result i am unable to sign up either on stevie or johnny. I would be glad if you kindly solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you
wolstech Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 I think that's a known problem with deleting accounts. I've seen others mention the same thing happening when they delete their account or when it expires from inactivity. The account deletion scripts apparently don't remove domains before deleting the account. An admin needs to delete your domain from the system before you can re-add it to the new account.
