[Solved] Domain Used By Another User?

Hi! I'm new to Helionet!

 

So, I'm having an issue with my domain. I used to have a stevie account some time ago with the parked domain 'des-estudio.com.ar'. I decided to change to a johnny account so I deleted my stevie account weeks ago. Now I've got my johnny account but when I try to park my domain or add it to Addon Domains, it says is currently used by another user. I suspect that the user is my old account -still- configured to my domain. What I can do to use my domain on my new account?

The "other user" is your old account as you suspected. This is an issue with deleting accounts. The script that deletes an account doesn't remove its associated domains.

 

An admin needs to remove your domain for you. Once they do, you can add it to your new account.
