[Solved] Main Domain Change

I went to change the main domain name using the script under the support tab but it is not changing to what I am trying to change it to. It did change from mydomain.heliohost.org but not how I envisioned. I put in my username, password, and matchfire.org. Now the main domain name displays as www.matchfire.org. How do I get it to display as matchfire.org without the www. Please help.

Your account is in our database without the www.

 

Perhaps is a problem with your registrar.

cPanel automatically creates DNS entries fro matchfire.org AND www.matchfire.org. Unless you specifically change them in the DNS zone editor in cPanel, bot will point to the same site.
