I'm sorry that I need to bother you as I couldn't have access to the internet for a period, and once I have, it's found that I cannot have access to my HelioHost Hosting Account. (It's noted that my account was queued but notification should be suspended rather, I guess.)

 

I'd also like to know whether there's any chance that I can have a longer period before being suspended again, as sometimes my internet access may be limited from time to time. Thank you very much in advance.

I'm sorry, but your account is not in our database. It may have been deleted due to inactivity. We do not keep backups of sites, but you are welcome to sign up again. Also, we cannot exxtend the time before being marked as inactive; that is a system-wide setting and cannot be altered for one user.
