I would really like to seek your kind supports in reinstating my websites, which was thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org and my personal domain name was also parked here with you. Dear Sirs, I have just successfully renewed by Domain Name, which was just expired today. The status of my domain name is now active. The nameserver entries were also configured to match with your given entries (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) However, for some unknown reasons, I cannot load my web site's pages. I've just logged in on Stivie, and AVG Antivirus has detected a virus/malware called "framer" on it, and though Stevie notified earlier that "I successfully log in," the page just didn't load, so I couldn't logout or do anything. Please pardon my unclear question on # 3, what I meant to ask is this: For example, when I have set the subdomain named as "support" to thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org, then I'll have "support.thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org" and if I park my .com domain here, for example, "thaiwoody.com", will I also have "support.thaiwoody.com" automatically accessible? If I want to have both my .com domain and heliohost domain with different contents for each, what should I do? (as far as I understand, Parked Domain feature is for both domains pointing to similar contents.) 2. What the Domain Change Script on this page http://www.heliohost.../scripts/domain is for? Is it used to change from my Heliohost Domain to my .com Domain? If yes, will the Heliohost Domain still be accessible? Will someone else be able to take that Heliohost Domain? 3. In case I choose to park my .com domain (which will point to the same contents as my Heliohost Domain) when I set the Addon Domains, wil they also work for both my Heliohost Domain and my .com Domain? Hi! Username: thwoody server: stevie Domain: thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org At first, My account was removed due to inactivity, I was suggested to recreate new account but I need the removed URL. Then, as advised by Krydos (Admin), I created new account with a slightly different name, uploaded all files via FTP, it worked well, and then I browsed to the Link "http://www.heliohost.../scripts/domain" to change the URL back to the desired one as advised. So far, I guess Krydos, who helped me out up to this point, might be too busy to reply to me via personal messages. His latest response was on April 24, this year. Following Krydos' advice so far, it turned out as follows: 1. cpanel on Stevie is accessible using username as 'thwoody' 2. After login, the desired Domain Name (thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org) is presented on the left pane of the Cpanel page. 3. While I was communicating with Krydos and when I was browsing to 'thaiwoodycom.heliohost.org', it's found that I was redirected to the default "Heliohost Account Queued" Page, and when browsing to 'thaiwoodycomm.heliohost.org', it's notified as "Server Not Found." 4. At this moment, both URLs as mentioned above can't be found. 5. Using the same UserName and Password, connection to FTP Server can't be established. (It's noted that my account was queued but notification should be suspended rather, I guess.) I'd also like to know whether there's any chance that I can have a longer period before being suspended again, as sometimes my internet access may be limited from time to time.
