Ice IT Support Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 Hello,I'm not sure if this ties into the addon domain issue... I used to have 4 subdomains in cPanel. Now they aren't listed. The subdomains work fine. At one point I needed to edit the A record for a subdomain, and using both the basic and advanced zone editors, I received this message: ErrorYou do not have permission to read the zone for :Thanks!EDIT: Deleted image so cPanel doesn't ask for username and password
wolstech Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 I'm assuming Stevie? Pretty much all of the domain management and DNS editor cpanel features on Stevie are broken. You can add domains and they'll work, but they don't appear in the list and can't be removed again. Been that way for almost 2 months now. Not sure when/if it will be fixed.
soerganda Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 @icei got a same problem like you.lost domains, lost subdomains (maybe just invisible because of the error), and can't edit zone file.
Brother Hassan Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 The admins really need to fix this. Its been going on for far too long =/
