Addon Domain Issues

Domain: eternuty.heliohost.org

server : stevie

addon : socialbook.org.in

when open socialbook.org.in it's redirect to socialbook.org.in/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi (HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED)

It takes upto 48 hours for the new domain to become active.

I had it too, Just give it a bit of time and refresh the page ( Your cache tends to keep showing you the Queued page even after it's been activated ).

 

Also, You should add an index.html file into your www.socialbook.org.in folder

Please clear your cache.

Your addon domain shows the index page, so it seems to be working.

Hi All,

 

I also appear to be experiencing this problem. I urgently need to add a few more domains to my account. When I go to add addon domains I get the error message:

 

"Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) addon domains! The domain below was not setup!"

 

Both my addon domains section and parked domains section show 0 / 0.

 

My details are:

 

Username: seal86

Server: Johnny

Domain: ptsd.uk.tc

 

Can you please help?

That's a known issue: http://www.helionet....adding-problem/ I'm not sure if the issue is on both Stevie and Johnny, but it seems that way.

 

No fix yet

 

EDIT: Just realized you already found that topic.

on Stevie you can add the domain but they wont be displayed, don't know about Johnny it appears no one can add a domain.
