snorri1 Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 I am not able to renew my account snorri (with the email address gmca6@allstate.com)heliohost is not allowing me to sign in with this account, either. So i jhave had to create a new account (snorri1) with the same email address.I am able to log into control panel with snorri and my passwords.However, for the past week whenever I have tried to view my website, the host Stevie has been down (for 12 hours maintenance).Can you:(a) renew the snorri account( tell me when Stevie will be back up so I can view my website© allow me to log on with the snorri account Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
