Deathmax Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Username : DeathmaxServer : JohnnyDomain : deathmax.tk Recently the site was down and when it got back up, I see a queued page and I'm unable to log into my account. I get hit with a Login Attempt Failed! whenever I try to log in.I've also attempted to reset my password, but I never get an email. FTP also results in a Login Authentication Failed. Logging in via heliohost.com/home results in We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database.
Tjoene Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 I can't find your account in the database. When was the last you logged in?
Guest xaav Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 Hmm...Your account was deleted. Feel free to create a new one.
Deathmax Posted December 18, 2011 Author Posted December 18, 2011 Hmm...Your account was deleted. Feel free to create a new one. Made a new account. I'm guessing my account was deleted by accident?I have one issue though.Error from park wrapper: deathmax.tk is owned by another user.Error from park wrapper: deathmax.co.cc is owned by another user. These were domains that were on the deleted account. EDIT: I've bypassed the issue by using the domain changer script. But adding subdomains result in the same "<domain> is owned by another user" message.
Tjoene Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 Maybe you can try to change the NS-records on the domain, and wait 24h and then point them back to Heliohost.
Deathmax Posted December 18, 2011 Author Posted December 18, 2011 They were never pointed at Heliohost's nameservers. Anyways I've pointed them back to Heliohost's NS for now. Also, trying to create my old mail account seems to indicate that the account was still there. Could there be remnants of the old account lying around?
Krydos Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 What is the username for the new account that you created? I'm guessing this is no longer an issue because deathmax.tk is pointed to heliohost nameservers and the page loads fine, and the only traces I can find are associated with the deathmax username.
Deathmax Posted December 20, 2011 Author Posted December 20, 2011 I recreated the account under deathmax. Well, the only issue I have left is the domains and subdomains on the previous are claimed to be owned by another user whenever I try to add them.
Guest xaav Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Try now. Admins: - Go to WHM- Search "domain"- Click "Remove DNS Zone"
