Byron Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 I'm not seeing: thepalacegardenhotel.com in our database nor is it pointing to our nameservers.
Murray Posted November 27, 2011 Author Posted November 27, 2011 Maybe its a matter of time? Whois shows: Domain Name: THEPALACEGARDENHOTEL.COMRegistrar: ENOM, INC.Whois Server: whois.enom.comReferral URL: http://www.enom.comName Server: NS1.HELIOHOST.ORGName Server: NS2.HELIOHOST.ORGStatus: ok Updated Date: 26-nov-2011Creation Date: 11-nov-2011Expiration Date: 11-nov-2012 When I went to the URL at the time of the post, it read, "Heliohost Account Queued." or something similar. The URL now indicates the connection cannot be established.
jje Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 That domain is no longer pointing to HelioHost's nameservers.http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=thepalacegardenhotel.com&rec=NS 1
Byron Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 If you do another WHOIS you'll see the nameservers have changed. Hopefully this person has moved on to another host. Thanks for letting us know though.
craigis Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 If I remember correctly this domain was complained about before in the Contact HelioNet forum before the forum upgrade and as such the older contact posts are missing (although this was quite sometime ago) so maybe Murray is referring to an older record of when it was pointing to the HelioHost servers.
Krydos Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I hadn't seen this post yet when I suspended the other account The account in question has been suspended. I also found another related site that appeared to be a phishing site for a hotel that I have also suspended.but this account is now suspended too. However, the .com that you listed is currently being hosted on another site if you want to alert that hosting company too.
Guest xaav Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Just to clarify: WE ARE NOT HOSTING THAT SITE. The site is hosted at http://x10hosting.com/. We cannot suspend that site, as it is not located on our servers. Please contact x10hosting to suspend the site.
