Can't Ftp In Or See Cpanel Fully

This is what the screen looks like when I attempt to load cPanel. It is stuck on whatever it is trying to load from choices.truste.com. I have been waiting for 30 minutes with no change.

Stevie is experiencing a large amount of server load right now. Scroll to the bottom of the http://wiki.helionet.org/ and as I type this post stevie is at 50.
