Helio_Guest Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Is there a way beside logging in to CPanel once a month to prevent the account from being deleted due to inactivity? Maybe have the user pay a small one-time fee and his account wouldn't get deleted due to inactivity. Please let me know what you think. Sincerely, Helio_Guest
Krydos Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 We are a free service and we don't have any upgrade features. Logging in to cPanel only takes a few seconds so it really shouldn't be too much of a hassle. The reason we have the requirement is to prove that all the accounts on our servers are still actively being used. If an account isn't being used anymore then the space gets freed up for accounts that will be active. Most active users who want to prevent their site from being deleted just sets reminders on their phone or something every couple weeks to log on.
