karen.n
vkszetoSteviescp-hk.com I just rebuilt the website a week before and my account was deleted just a week after with unknown reason. I had logged into cPanel last week so could anyone help to check what's wrong with it? It's difficult for me to keep an eye always if the web page properly and log into the cPanel everyday... Byron
I'm sorry but I'm not seeing your account in our database. What url were you using to login to the cpanel?

Krydos
From the latest news post: http://www.helionet....sues-on-stevie/If you're having issues accessing your stevie cPanel account please use this link to log inhttp://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ Attempting to log in through heliohost.org/home will result in the system claiming that your username doesn't exist, but you're data still exists and your account has not been deleted.I just checked anyways. Your account "vkszeto" has not been deleted. Please use my link above and you should be able to log in just fine. However, since you have no parked/addon domains and your .com is currently not pointed at our nameservers anything on your account is not going to be visible through a browser. Krydos
@byron for some as of yet undetermined reason a large percentage of the stevie accounts have disappeared from our database, but they are still in the whm database. Johnny accounts are unaffected.
