Ice IT Support Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hello again,I have recently noticed that when I am logged into FTP and try to access a webpage at the same time, I receive a 500 error. But when I log out of my FTP account and refresh the page, it loads fine. I think there is a process that is involved that pushes my limit. This never happened before until approx. a week ago. Would it be possible to view my account processes and end any that are running (or have been running for a long time?) Thanks! P.S. I hope I wasn't too confusing. cl58 Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Currently you have the following processes running: PID TTY TIME CMD 1164 ? 00:00:00 cpsrvd-ssl 1165 ? 00:00:00 cpsrvd-ssl 1820 ? 00:00:00 cpsrvd-ssl 1827 ? 00:00:00 cpsrvd-ssl 1831 ? 00:00:00 cpsrvd-ssl FTP can use a lot of processes while making transfers so I really wouldn't worry about it. Just wait a bit after making a transfer to allow all processes to end. If you want, you can post when you are on FTP and an admin can check your processes.
