jje Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 Here's a little tip, Tjoene In the bottom left corner, there is a drop down that says 'Multi-Moderation'. You can use that to post responses like 'please take our survey' and 'glad your problem got solved' without having to type it every time.
