You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. Sincerely, The HelioHost Staff my main domain: uranium.heliohost.org and when i want to add parked domain i get this error: Adding Parked Domain There was a problem creating the parked domain. According your instructions, i try to remove the addon domain psxdownloads.us for re-add.. but have a message error "Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain psxdownloads.us". I suppose you could delete your account and reregister after it becomes fully deleted. Our root administrator is djbob and he has more access than any of the regular administrators do. Therefore he can usually fix things that we are unable to. In order to focus his time more efficiently we only escalate problems that we are incapable of fixing ourselves. In other words, just wait for djbob, and he might be able to help you with your problem. @djbob, Actually, nevermind. I just checked uranium.heliohost.org and it is now loading a default joomla install. Seems like this accounts issues have fixed themselves with time. @ur710, on-games.cz.cc parked domain works now too, but you might need to try adding your other parked domains again if they aren't already added.
