ScatteredMusings Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 I am not having any luck at setting up my Outlook 2010 to check my domain's email. I have followed the instructions per the "email configuration" link under our email accounts, but nothing I try works. I know it's probably something little that I am missing (HA! or something big. ( never know with me ) Anyways was wondering if anyone can pass on some tips or tricks .. Thanks a bunch Deb
Krydos Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Have you: logged into cPanellocated the "Mail" headerclicked "email accounts"located the email account you wish to useclicked the "more" dropdownselected "configure email client"clicked one of the autoconfigure linksor confirmed that the manual settings at the bottom of the page are what you're using? Also it would be a useful troubleshooting step to try horde or squirrelmail (browser mail clients) to make sure your email is working the way you want it to.
jje Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 Also, can you decrease the size of your signature? A bit too big I think...
