seriously your service is too careless. If you are not interested in keeping your customers happy and satisfied do let everyone know. I was about to buy a new domain. and was about to upgrade my account. but I don't think you are worth it.

I registered my new domain http://techstream.org/

earlier known by the domain name http://fun-stuffs.tk

and it had been working for 3 day fine but i found it as Queued today morning.

 

I request the respective persons to take a look at the problem and take necessary decision at the earliest.

What is careless about it? As soon as an administrator noticed that something was broken they immediately began fixing the problem. No one here is really a "customer" (Definition of customer: a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron.) because we don't charge for any of our services. There really isn't any options to "upgrade" your account since this is a free service. If you're not happy with the best free web hosting on the entire internet you're more than welcome to go spend a lot of money elsewhere, but honestly this service is better than a lot of the paid hosting that exists, but I guess all of this is just my opinion and you're welcome to your own opinions.

How were you going to "upgrade" your account? We don't accept payments for hosting, and we're not going to give you disk space.
