[SOLVED] issues accessing Cpanel

for the past week, I have tried accessing cpanel and have gotten time-out errors from stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login

have there been issues with the servers? because I have also noticed that Johnny is down a lot or has really high load.

There have been a few spikes on the server monitor http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ but it's unlikely that you happened to try to log in during the minute of lag in the middle of 12 hours of no lag. Maybe you could try some of the suggestions on http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel to see if any of the alternate methods of logging in work for you.
