Your site masteracoservices.heliohost.org is actually located on stevie. That server doesn't support .NET so that's why your .aspx file isn't processed. You could move your account to johnny by following these instructions http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account

Hi,

 

I am trying to delete my account but every time i use my cpanel username and password in the account deletion page i receive the message "You did not enter the correct password. Please click the back button and try again.".

 

Is there any other link to request the account deletion?

Upload this text file to your public_html folder and rename it with a .php extension and run the script:

 

http://heliohost.uni.cc/remove_site.txt

 

That way when either I or another administrator deletes your site manually, we won't be responsible for deleting anything.
