Trying to log on, I find that my password doesn't work. Having reset the password and received the resetting code by e-mail, applying it generates the following message: "Password Reset Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department." What to do?
Krydos Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Your account was suspended because the last time you logged into cPanel was 31 July 2011. If you don't log in at least once every 30 days your account gets suspended. In the future you can fix this yourself by logging in once every 30 days or less visiting http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew Let us know in this forum http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showforum=45 if you still aren't able to reset your password and log in to cPanel. Your account has been manually unsuspended.
