Hello, I am on the Lily server and was wondering, with no control panel or SSH access, how I would migrate my databases? Usually the steps are as follows: Install EF Core CLI Tools: dotnet tool install --global dotnet-ef Create The Migrations: dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate create the schema on the database itself: dotnet ef database update However, with no SSH access I am at a loss on how to proceed. Apologies if this is a noob question I am very new to .Net Core.

Hello there. I want to create a different server. But I cannot create it. I think the Tommy server will be great. Please have someone in charge switch my account to Tommy's server. Regards, EinSchweizerYT

Hi there! I've some questions I haven't found around yet. Sorry if it's duplicate. I'm on Lily Server running asp.net core flawlessly since past year. My Xamarin app is growing up and I'm thinking about adding an automatized service data update since I'm doing this by hand. The point is: there're public server that serves some files (they're no more than 3 megabytes in size) that I wish to download once a day, process and update my database. To do this, I'd develop an specific action in my asp.net core app that would do this job. Please, could you point me if is there any restrictions that heliohost applies to this kind of processing? Assuming there isn't restrictions, is there a way to cron a job on Lily Server that would open asp.net core action, like a web browser does? I hope I've explained what I'm trying to do! Thanks!

Hey, I need the ability of hosting an ASP.NET web application. I was told there was a server named Lily that has this capability, and to post on this forum to get it sorted out. Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, First of all, thanks for this amazing service that you provide for free. I truly appreciate it. I wonder if it would be possible to deploy and run an ASP.NET Core web app on HelioHost. I've read that, for this, HelioHost provides the server "Lily", which is for Microsoft-related technologies such as this which I've already mentioned. The thing is that I'd also need some database because my app will need one. Preferably, I'd need PostgreSQL but if this isn't possible, SQL Server is my second option. I've already asked if I could have access to Johnny (to have a running PostgreSQL database there) and Lily (for my web app) but I've been told this isn't actually possible due to HelioHost's policy. Apart from this, I'd like to keep this web app accessible from a custom domain, let's say: www.my-incredible-app.com. Would this be possible with HelioHost (and Lily)? Thank you guys in advance! Edit - PD: my project will consist of Python scripts logging information to this database the web app will use, so remote access from for example my home IP (and not only from a web app hosted in HelioHost) will be needed. Still possible? :-)
