Recently, I received a 500 error on my site, and it is really slow to open.I already modified the php.ini file before, then delete the contents of the worpress and reinsttalle again but, the problem still remains. (500 Internal server error). Hi, I have been receiving internal server error in my wordpress site. All I did was update some records and when I click save or go to the other page of my site, it wont respond or takes time to redirect to other pages and then suddenly a wild internal server error appeared. I searched about it in other sites, they suggested to increase the php memory limit to about 256M but I dont know if that'll fix it. Maybe you guys have any idea about it? TOMMY SERVER PHP 7.2

Hi, I am struggling with my Phpbb forum database, any help would be appreciated. - I have uploaded my files by FTP in a directory: public_html/forum - I have imported my sql backup in PhpMyAdmin - I have edited my config.php file And I cannot connect to my forum, I have an Internal Server Error: http://greed-is-good.fr/forum/ In order to go further and check if I was doing something wrong, I have also installed Phpbb thanks to softaculous, in public_html/phpbb and here it is working fine, but I cannot find where the error is? In the config.php file there are some differences: - Mysql vs mysqli - @define('PHPBB_ENVIRONMENT', 'production'); Even if I change those lines I still have the issue, I also tried to change localhost to 127.0.0.1 Any ideas? Hi heliohost, I really appreciate the kindness for allowing us to host freely here. I am having a little bit of issue, host name : zengvee.heliohost.org server : stevie I encountered random 500 Internal Server Error today. Here are the tasks I did today : I registered new .tk domain, http://www.find10.tk Added it as alias in cpanel. I browse through Softaculous Apps Installer and found e107 under Portals/CMS. I tried to install through Softaculous but failed, it said .htaccess file might be the issue that prevent the installation. I went to Cpanel File Manager and delete .htaccess file. Rerun the installation script, still failed, it said error with domain, unrecognized domain. I tried it with zengvee.heliohost.org , no luck too. I downloaded e107_2.1.1_full.tar.gz from http://e107.org/get-started and sftp upload them and extract it in public_html. Followed the installation instructions and I got e107 setup OK. Cleared my browser cache. Reload, I got 500 Internal Server Error Reload another few minutes, http://zengvee.heliohost.org loaded fine with new e107 php script. Reload a few more minutes, I faced 500 Internal Server Error again.No idea what really caused it, please inform me know if it was some sort of errors on my site. Thank you.

When I try to open the site there is an internal error server. Before this time, there were such types of errors frequently happen but only for some minutes and then after I refresh the page the site starts to work. I've my site http://www.beersting.org on stevie server. It works pretty fine, but I've installed wordpress site on the sub domain http://ink.beersting.org which shows "500 internal server error" quite frequently. what could be the problem & how to rectify it.

Having difficulty installing Wordpress, whenever I run the .php files I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Checked the error logs from cPanel and they're not reporting anything (except missing error page files! After adding files, no errors are reported). Have tried a number of methods: - Downloaded latest Wordpress software package, unpacked, copied to public_html, created database, ran the install.php, error 500 - Created wp-config.php file manually, uploaded it to the correct location, ran install.php, error 500 - Removed all files and wiped database, tried a Softaculous install, received email stating install was succesful, went to homepage, error 500 - Checked permissions of all files and folders, they are as they should be - Couldn't find .htaccess file, so added a blank one, added one from an old website, neither helped - Checked memory allocation for php - 20M, which should be OK Database seems to be working fine, everything on cPanel is working fine, no issues on server. User proxse, web-address proxse.heliohost.org on Stevie: When I try to run any PHP file at all, even a blank one, I get a 500 error. I tried creating a blank file, same thing. I don't know if it's somehow conencted to moving my account from Johnny. Somewhat related comment: FTP doesn't work either.

I am seeing this "500 Internal Server Error" page since a few day now. I recently added some addon domains and parked domain to my account, not if sure if misconfigured something. Also i had attempted to restore my jhonny backups on to stevie, can there be some conflicting config files (.htaccess, etc) in the home backup leading to this? If so, can someone point me to a tutorial on this? I had read in a similar post that heavy loads on your server may generate this error. my website is on johnny and what has been happening a lot is that i get an internal server error and then if i refresh in a couple minutes it works fine. is this a regular issue related to heavy server loads? could it have anything to do with me doing a lot testing?-i'm hitting some pages a lot in a short amount of time thanks, allan
