I could reactivate it but nevertheless I wasn't able to enter into my account. Renewing the password didn't work out, neither I was able to log in into my forum account, I had to create a new one. When I entered the code for renewing the password of my HelioHost account nothing happened and I didn't reveive any email with a new password. Maybe it's because of the downtime of the server "Johnny". Well right now I really don't know whether my account was queued, suspended or the password I use is wrong. Hello, Due to large down times on the Johny server, which I initially chose as I wanted to develop in Ruby on Rails, I am thinking to migrate to Stieve server. For this I consulted steps on the wiki( at - http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account) and tried the deletion script. After filling on my details and submitting the submit page displayed that it couldn't find my account details. Since then my account has gone into suspended state and my site displays that I broke Terms of Service. So if my account was deleted then the script showed me wrong information. But the site should say that it is due for deletion, not that I broke any of your Terms. Please look into this matter and delte my account so that I can migrate. Heliohost main domain: www.emerald-planet.org I think the reason my account was suspended was because I (temporarily) went past the storage size available, and the reason for that was because I made a full backup of the website and that is instantly stored on the webhost, but I delete the older backup to make space for the new one. I have done this before but I do not know why I was suspended this time... Thanks for your help.

I checked the Analytics and found that i had got 10 times higher traffic(1500 pageviews) than normal. It occurred due to someone sharing the link of my site on some popular pages of a social networking site. So i guess the reason was high server usage. I know that this is a free host.And i respect the fact that you are providing such a wonderful service for free. I am extremely sorry,even though it was unintentional . I had worked hard on that website for over a month.Please Unsuspend my account. It will not happen again.I will take a backup and try to get a paid host as soon as possible. Please unsuspend it.
