Please remove both useless domains from my account: *.%username%.heliohost.org. I only use the top ones including %username%.heliohost.org itself. Thanks!
-
Are we expected to register again as Plesk is installed or are existing accounts preserved?
-
That is ofcourse important for the moment, but you misunderstood me: I meant Invision Community, the engine, that powers these forums.
-
Does it mean that now you should think of a backup plan in case of something similar with Invision Community happens?

[Solved] Please, remove these DNS entries

Thank you! -
Please remove these DNS entries, which I have used on Tommy and therefore they are still blocked: theistareykjarbun{dot]gaprofessorf[dot}tk TIA
-
I have changed my password and all works now.
-
My previous domain was pf4publi.heliohost and I have downloaded my backup, so it could be completely deleted. New domain is pfpublic.heliohost.
-
Having changed a letter in domain name I could register, but now I cannot access cPanel
-
How could it conflict with backup system? Is it possible to recreate my account, so that I had not need to wait for a free registration slot again?
-
Actually, both.

Hi there. I've had a Tommy account. Unfortunately some bad luck struck Tommy down and all it's accounts. As far as I understood, every account is lost, so that everyone should create a new one. Is that correct? Thus I downloaded a backup, requested a new account and waited for an opportunity to create a new account. Eventually, I was lucky to create an account. I was notified that it was created, but should be activated (manually, I presume). This didn't happen immediately, so I waited for a next day. On a next day I refreshed the page, and it tells me again, that I should create a new account. How is that? I have already done this! Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

I see. Thanks for clarifying.

Hi there! How long does it take to activate addon domain? I have added 2 domains registered at free cctld more than 24 hours ago (or something like that), but neither appears to be active as both still redirect to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. Mail delivery however started operating almost instantaneously. TIA

Your link does open contrary to https on 2083 port, but still fails to log me in: "A network error occurred while sending your login request. Please try again. If this condition persists, contact your network service provider." And the only request being made is for "POST http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/login/?login_only=1", which for some reason was taken from cache even though "prevent caching" checkbox was enabled looks like it fixed itself somehow It works now

[Solved] Advertising For Us (Heliohost) - Wiki Topic
PF4Public replied to dave911's topic in Customer Service
Empty .gif at the moment. HTTP/1.0 200 OK Content-Type: image/gif Pragma: no-cache Cache-Control: no-cache Expires: -1 Content-Length: 42 -
Clicking the button in "HelioHost Tools" leads me to https://stevie.heliohost.org:2083/login/ , but all I can see is just a blank page. Am I doing something wrong or is something wrong with my account? TIA

Thanks, you are the only who cares. Server Load was 40 to 100 and more... Captured 6 to 7 and created my domain. Seems to be success.
-
Yep, it's a question of only copy-paste
-
Is everything stuck again? Someone, execute those commands at last.
-
Thank you. I realize this is a free hosting and I pay nothing, so I'm patiently waiting.

didn't I wrote them month ago? Month has passed. It's about 730 hours. Would nslookup be enough? http://www.kloth.net/services/nslookup.php and in command line Compared to working subdomain:

I have similar problem.
