Hello, I recieved a email today, that I'm invited to get account on Tommy server, but the e-mail I used is same as one I used on Stevie, and instead of letting me get a tommy account, it made my quota to 1 GB instead... What to do? I legitimately got the email, can post any kind of proof if needed. Can even get reciept ID of donation.

Can't log in to cPanel, FTP, "invalid login" Domain: cernodile.com Using Stevie. I encountered some issues with FTP prior to this.

They are on the correct nameservers, I've double checked. Even the DNS tool says they are correct?

What gives? I've tried refreshing cache, using Google DNS, forcing to flush it on the domain, ipconfig /flushdns, but I still see account queued page. Even account status says I shouldn't have it. Nameservers are properly configured. Affected domain: cernodile.com (Changed main domain from thegamequarry.heliohost.org) Server: Stevie Username. Same as forums (joann) NOTE: All previous parked domains work, but only main one doesn't, this is a recently restored account. It has same nameservers, I've pinged both domains, same IP, and they should be on same directory.

Hey, I recently restored my suspended account (from inactivity), and to my surprise.. I can't login at ALL, I tried to reset password, didin't work, cPanel errors me out. Help please! It resolved itself. (Issue: used https version of page, http worked for me)

Hello! If you got the backup as .zip file, did you unzip the contents and check the full size then? I believe backups are compressed in size, that's what might confuse you. If this doesn't work out, then I guess you'd have to wait for heliohost support to reply.

Hello, I have pointed my domain thegamequarry.ml nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org, cPanel accepted the parked domain, but apparently, whenever someone tries to connect via thegamequarry.ml, it will 301 redirect to helionet.org . Registrar of the domain is Freenom, any help? Side-note: It's been about 3-4 days.
