I haven't been travelling. I haven't accessed Gmail from my heliohost site, but I have gone straight from Heliohost to gmail... I am going to assume it was an system error at Google's end, because there was only one entry, which happened to be around the time I was doing a lot of work on a site hosted with heliohost, and also because nothing was sent or anything like that... I just logged into Gmail, and it said there has been some irregularities in the IP addresses accessing my account. Five days ago, my gmail was accessed by 65.19.143.2. When I visited http://65.19.143.2 I came to a directory, which I have since discovered to be your IP. What's going on here? The details are: Access type: Unknown Location: 65.19.143.2 Date/time: Jun 13 (5 days ago) The date will be in NZST (GMT+12), so it will probably have been June 12th for you. Obviously, I'm sort of worried here, and really need a response quickly - if my gmail has been hacked, I need to deal with this. There doesn't seem to be any emails sent or anything. Could it have been when I've accessed the heliohost servers and gone to my gmail from there, and gmail has gotten confused or something?

I'm having problems installing phpBB with Fantastico. After I fill out the installation details, it says: How does this make sense? Firstly, it is saying that I have 128MB is not enough room to fit 19.54MB, and on the Fantastico phpBB page, it says: The numbers just don't add up... What do I do?

Argh... Please tell me something hasn't gone wrong again... I finally get on to my site, and I start getting 500 errors... Are we being attacked again or something? Ah, its back now. No drama. ^5 for djbob

The Questions forum is more appropriate. Must be djbob working on the server, or some funny apache error. Both are temporary. Strong language isn't necessary. I am a kid. Should I be banned from the internet? djbob says the DDoS should stop/be fixed in a week. I admit, I was probably being a bit strong with what I was saying about kids. However, I make no apologies for saying calling the people who are doing this what I did, and saying they should burn where I said they should burn. I shouldn't have been so general when I said kids. Not all kids make viruses or spam or hack. I know I didn't, I would assume you don't, I know most 'kids' don't know how. But the fact is kids do cause havoc across the internet. One of the biggest cyber-criminals in the world was a 16 year old kid from New Zealand who was caught by the FBI after two years of causing huge problems for people across the world. And they are criminals. When they start affecting other people like this, they are going from kids playing pranks, to criminals breaking the law. Anyway, I apologise for the strength of my language here, though the sentiment stands.

Hey, cheers for the help. I think it must have been either that, or the name servers hadn't switched yet, because I checked it out today and it gives an error because my site isn't hosted here yet because of the DDoS problems.

I think this might be in the wrong forum, but I'm not sure... What's up with the Heliohost and Helionet sites atm? I was in the middle of posting something yesterday on helionet (not sure if it went through or not) and I started getting 404 errors, now whenever I go onto www.helionet.org or www.heliohost.org it says "Heliohost Account Queued". It wasn't until I accidentally went to the sign up page for heliohost in my history that I realised I could get around it by going directly to the site rather than getting the redirect from the root domain... Is this to do with the DDoS attacks, or is it something wrong at my end? On another note, good luck stopping those who are DDoSing. I am sick and tired of people considering it appropriate to do something illegal, which I have no doubt this is, just because they are bored. Kids should be banned from the internet. Oh, also, any idea when you'll be able to start fixing up the new sign ups? I really could do with my hosting asap, and while I know fixing your DDoS problem could take a heck of a long time, it would still be great if you could give a vague time frame.

I have a .co.cc domain (www.emun.co.cc). I started by hosting it with www.000webhost.com, but I decided to change to Heliohost because their fantastico stuff is down, and I am WAY too set it up manually. I have changed both name severs to the heliohost servers, but there seems to be a problem... When I go to the site, I still see the page that was on the 000webhost server... The .co.cc control panel says the name servers have been changed, so surely it should be showing the heliohost server pages (or rather redirecting to the we haven't set this up page) or will it sort itself out when the heliohost server stuff is sorted out for my domain?

No mate, you don't. You used to, but they got rid of that a couple years ago.
