I got my invite to Tommy ~1.5 months ago and I took the username dr because it was available. I just tried logging into cPanel and it said my password was incorrect. Then, I tried password reset, the email hint that it's showing is completely different from my email. As well, the domains that I had on Tommy are now gone. Can someone explain what is happening? Could this be because I still had a Stevie account? Was I supposed to have deleted the Stevie account to use Tommy?

Any way to remove DNS entries for my domains while Stevie is down, so I can use Tommy for those domains temporarily?

I have this issue as well! Databases affected: Database : Username topgeard_booking : topgeard_booking topgeard_mail : topgeard_mail topgeard_status : topgeard_status topgeard_timetracker : topgeard_time topgeard_todo : topgeard_todo

I cannot access any of my databases through PHPmyAdmin, changing password, or using them on website.
