Kortoworlds

I changed the nameservers of kortoworlds.co.cc to the ones of a different webhost, but the HelioHost CPanel login still seems to work and I can only edit the site through there. Is this because it takes a while for the nameservers to update, or is it something else? Thanks.

My site is kortoworlds.co.cc. I can access the CPanel for it and the CPanel works. However, when I go to kortoworlds.co.cc I get a 500 Internal Server Error, and not the index.php that I have already placed in public_html. http://kortoworlds.co.cc/ I don't know why this is happening and if anybody can help me then I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Yesterday, I signed up on HelioHost with the username Korto, and I used the registered domain kortoworlds.co.cc (I had also set the nameservers to HelioHost's). Nothing has happened yet, and in fact when I direct my browser to kortoworlds.co.cc it cannot find it at all. Is this because I haven't waited long enough for everything to be processed? From about a week ago to yesterday, both heliohost.org and helionet.org didn't seem to be up; all there was was an Account Queued message on every page. I didn't even have an account at that time. Nobody seems to have noticed it, strangely. It didn't seem to have anything to do with accounts. It was the entire site. So, I'm just wondering, what happened?
