    Hi: My account is pyepez, pyepez.heliohost.org server: Johnny. I was testing the cron option on cPanel, and i change the frequency to every 5 minutes (my mistake). That was the reason for the suspension of my account. How can I unsuspend the account? I need to login and delete the cron entry. Thanks for your support.

    Hi: My account is pyepez, pyepez.heliohost.org server: Johnny. I try to login to cPanel but i think i had forgot my password. When i try the "Reset password" option (and after few hours) i get a mail with a confirmation code, but when i use it, it never works. I tried this several times. I had confirmed that my account is active. I need your help because i really don't know what to do. thanks for your support
