Hi, My Website www.voicyou.com hosting is not working, i am unable to login into cpanel and no ftp access. When i checked the heliohost.org website every server is up and running fine. Can anyone tell me what the problem is. Thanks

Hi, I created a sub-domain graph2 under my main domain name voicyou.com but even after waiting for 2 hours i am unable to access my sub-domain. My sub-domain URL: www.graph2.voicyou.com. In cpanel it clearly shows the sub-domain created successfully and i have assigned directory to that sub-domain. Please can anybody tell me what the issue is here??.

I tried using pgAdmin using port: 5432, host: my_domain_name, username: mycpanel_username, password: mycpane_ password but it gives authentication failure error. What was wrong here. Can anybody help???

@Byron, Thanks a lot for helping me with the setup of the website.

No use of recreating account i deleted my default ns record from godady and added heliohost ns records and also deleted A record that was pointing to stevie server but no use.

@Byron, Ya i am ok with that because i am still setting up the site.

@ Byron, By what time can i expect the response from root admin.

Before this i was using Jhonny server with the same configuration and it was working fine but i wanted use PDO with pgsql so i deleted account on Johnny server.

@Byron, i added back the A record which is having ip of stevie.heliohost.org

@Byron, i have waited for 24 hours but no use still my domain name is still redirecting to heliohost.org/home. Please give me some solution to this.

i have set the ns record to heliohost. ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org are name servers that i have added but it is of no help.

Can anybody help regarding this issue. I tried above all mentioned procedures but no use. Can anybody help me.?

Even after removing the A record from my godaddy account the page is redirecting to the heliohost.org/home. Please can anybody help???

i cannot remove ns10.domaincontrol.com and ns09.domaincontrol.com from godaddy these two are permanent NS record.

My cPanel user name: voicyou1 domain name: www.voicyou.com account on : Stevie.

I recently signed up the Stevie account on the heliohost.org and thought everything was fine. I went to my godaddy account and pointed the ip of my A record to stevie accoubt server ip address. Added the heliohost server name servers to my NS record. And then uploaded some sample content to the www folder through FTP. But whenever i type my domain name it is just opening the heliohost.org/home page. Can anybody tell what is missed or went wrong this configuration.

I registered the domain name voicyou.com on the johnny account with the user name voicyou1. I tried logging in the cpanel which shows the message that the user does not exists. And i log in my cpanel every day. Any help???

I recently singed up free helio host account for the johnny account with my ns record pointing to the johnny server but i wanted to use PDO_Pgsql for my project so i deactivated the account on the johnny server and thought of creating an account on the stevie server but whenever i signup with my domain name i get an error that this domain name already exists in the database even though i have deactivated the account for the johnny server. Please can anybody help me regarding this.
