stevie turned off, johnny failed, only tommy working, why you guys don't make some backup servers for each your server? have you so much domains on them? nevermind as there is for me impossible to re-register I have already moved to another server in .sk but I want thank to all you for your work here on heliohost I have learned many new things on heliohost I wish you to all only everything best in the future and !!! Will see, but there must be heavy load on that server if this server monitor shows correct. (time out (>15s.) or offline) Only Tommy server seems working correct.

Thx, there is impossible to create signup for the server johnny every time i try it is full and closed. I have tried it 10 days now.

you must first delete my account from stevie server, I cant create signup, get this: Your account is located on the Stevie server. This server is offline, and we don't expect to get it running again anytime soon. We are working on getting access to Stevie's system so we can get users their files as soon as possible, but if the hard drives have failed you will have to use your most recent backup. We recommend creating a new account on Johnny or Tommy in the meantime. If you want to reuse your Stevie username, or any domains you had on your Stevie account please open a support ticket at Helionet.org. List the domains you want to use on your new account and an admin can free them up for you. We are sending an admin to our datacenter to work on the server as soon as possible. I have problem my web site tita-ras.heliohost.org not working, I found out that in cpanel my db shows 0MB and when I try to connect trough phpadmin I get HTTP 500 error. Could admin help me out of this trouble. Thx.

Can anyone help me how to in cpanel redirecting domains web page, but not domains emails. Thx. I have redirected mydomain.com to mynewdomain.com and the web works, after then created MX record from my.domain.com to stevie.heliohost.org, but it seems not working emails not comming - not receiving. Should I in Simple DNS Zone Editor delete the cname = mail.mydomain.com record = mydomain.com and create new with cname = mail.mydomain.com record stevie.heliohost.org (or IP 216.218.192.170)

Yes high server load? and again I found viruses like Backdoor.PHP.Small, Backdoor:PHP/Small.M and JS:Backdoor.Small!8.21B. I have deleted whole public folder and uploaded my site after cleaned from viruses and checked with virustotal again I hope it stays clean. I think that other member have same problems with suspended accounts last time and reason could be that someone is trying hacking the host servers!

Yes I know there will be some virus or malware, but I think it must come from the server or someone hacked my account, because i have moved from johny to stevie and after then I have installed ma whole web page on localhost PC, archived as zip file and uploaded to virustotal.com and checked and repeated checking until i get rid of the viruses, after then I uploaded the cleaned web site from virus to stevie. And it come probably back again :angry:

There must be some problem on stevie hosting or someone have hacked my site again, because when i opened the site i get some vietnam language text, and when opening cpanel file manager there are folders and files which i have not uploaded and not for joomla which is used for my site uploading image translated page

seems it will work, because i get another error: Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. I am going to change the dns to ns1+2.heliohost.org for now and let you know

I got same problem with my domain. I moved hosting from johny to stevie and when i want to park my second domain titan-ras.eu I get error: The domain “titan-ras.eu” already exists in the Apache configuration. Guys could you please resolve my problem? Thx!

Horray it works again thx Byron, but why sometimes is the ip from my home provider blocked? it is static ip, does from the ip come some attacks? I would try to contact my provider and check it.

again i have problem to connecting from my home provider *isper.sk (77.247.224.22) to my domain website titan-ras.sk or to cpanel, but now I get error: The connection has timed out for me it seams some problem in the route to 216.218.192.170 (Hurricane Electric Inc.) because ping to my domain name not responds, ping to ns2 (64.62.211.133) works, but to ns1 (65.19.143.3) not (i have ns2 as first in my domain dns settings), because when i connected to internet and ping from *dynamic.swanmobile.sk (84.245.120.40) these all pings works
