Hi, My cPanel username: qsgt Server:stevie Main domain:sg2014.heliohost.org I am trying to log into my cPanel but I keep getting a message saying "the login is invalid" it is the same username and password combination that I have been using since a started using heliohost so I don't know what's going on. I tried resetting my password but when I click on the link in the email I get sent it just brings me to a page where I have to enter the reset code manually. I have done this by copying it from the email multiple times but every time when I click the submit button I am taken to the same manual code entry page without so much as an error message. Could you please help me find out what is going wrong or at least reset my password for me? Thanks, qsgt

Hi, I am trying to run a copy of simple invoices on my account the I installed though softaculous but I keep getting an error message saying: =========================================== Simple Invoices database connection problem =========================================== Could not connect to the Simple Invoices database For information on how to fix this pease refer to the following database error: --> SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User qsgt_inv already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections Anybody know why this is happening and how to stop it?
